The participants are charged a brokerage commission according to the bid price respectively when deal is established.

To Trademark Rights Seller
[ Step 1 ]
Trademark rights holders who hope to sell their trademark rights complete a Trademark Seller Agreement of PATENT CLINIC which includes specific terms for the sale.
[ Step 2 ]
Patent holders provide PATENT CLINIC the trademarks' information including a target price (ask) and a filed trademark application document.
[ Step 3 ]
The inofrmation of trademark rights are opened on PATENT CLINIC website.
[ Step 4 ]
Seller is charged a brokerage commission ( 7 % of the bid price ) when deal is established.
To Trademark Rights Buyer
[ Step 1 ]
Buyers who hope to buy trademark rights complete a Trademark Buyer Agreement of PATENT CLINIC which includes specific terms for the purchase.

Buyers provide PATENT CLINIC their own information including an ask.
[ Step 3 ]
The trademark purchase inofrmation are opened on PATENT CLINIC website.
[ Step 4 ]
Buyer is charged a brokerage commission ( 7 % of the bid price ) when deal is established.
